Bhatt tied the knot to video jockey and restaurateur Manish Makhija in 2003 after dating for a month. They met on the sets of her 2003 movie 'Paap', starring John Abraham and Udita Goswami. They finally called it quits in 2014.
In a heartfelt conversation with 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' housemate Jiya Shankar, Bhatt said that getting divorced was the "lowest point" of her life.
"The lowest point of my life was when I divorced my husband of 11 years and it was totally my decision. I couldn't lie to myself as I didn't feel like continuing the relationship," she could be heard saying.
