Lanre Idewu is a Nigerian American actor, producer, and social entrepreneur.

He grew up on the south side of Chicago and majored in biochemistry with a minor in German and theater arts. Additionally, Lanre attended the University of Chicago School of Medicine. 

There, he was drawn to the ability to heal and help through Film and Fitness.

Today, he has become a celebrity fitness expert and on-air personality and is dedicated to positive programming in both fields. He has over 20 years of Exercise, Nutrition, and Personal Development.
