Tzila Dagan (or Cilla) (Hebrew: צילה דגן); 18 September – 18 April ) was an Israeli singer.
Early life
Dagan was born in Dzierżoniów in Poland in She made aliyah with her family to Israel in The family settled in Nahariya and she later moved to Tel Aviv.
As a teenager she participated in singing competitions and sang in nightclubs. She served her IDF military service in the Nahal Entertainment Troupe.

Upon her release from the army, she joined the "Dizengoff Command Band", which was made up of veterans of military bands. The band put on one entertainment program, directed by Danny Litai, which included various songs and skits.
